I don't see the PF code shown in the owner's manual or technical information for this type of oven. I provided a chart of the error codes for this oven in the first image below. The PF normally indicates a power failure on most ovens.

The code normally needs to be cleared using the CLEAR/OFF button and then the clock would need to be reset. If this does not clear the PF then it is likely that you have an electronic control board failure. If you are loosing power frequently to the oven, then you could have a problem with the power supply. You may need to have an electrician check the voltage of the power supply that is provided to the oven.
To check the display panel, you would need to check the resistance through the ribbon cable pins as shown in the second image below.
