Cummins C160 Service Manual
I've been offered a shop manual and a parts manual for the C160 series Cummins engines, but the manuals are for the 1966 model year, and my White (which may be coming home soon) is a 1956, with the original engine (it had an out-of-frame overhaul in the early 90's). Are there any major differences between my engine and the manuals due to the decade gap between them? I've been watching ebay too, but I've been hesitant about purchasing anything because all of my searches have turned up manuals for years other than mine. Drew I have several manuels and some are duplicates with a span of a few years in between them for the same series engine, different numbers and different covers on the bullitens but the shop manuels seem to be the same, the parts quite often will have updated parts, but the book will have different part numbers for the same part from the new to the older, most of the time the parts today can still be checked by the old numbers but have been superceded by what they use today.

I can't get anymore out of it, I've got both sticks hot clear up to the knobs allready.
